后奥运时代京津冀地区冰雪体育产业高质量发展路径探析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法探究后冬奥时期京津冀地区冰雪体育产业高质量发展对策。发展背景:在宏观、中观、微观等多角度分析基础上,指出双循环新格局、后奥运时期、冬奥历史契机为区域冰雪体育产业发展提供了发展动力、潜力和蓝图。现存困境:政府相关行为系统尚有不完善之处、产品服务供需系统矛盾突出、关联支持产业系统耦合欠佳、生产要素资源系统动力不足、公共服务安全保障体系缺失。对策建议:加强顶层规划设计,多层各级协同联动;双循环格局引领,非均衡化战略布局;多链融合共建共享,市场要素优化配置;创新发展绿色驱-动,文化赛事双管齐下;完善公共服务体系,健全标准规范保障。By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the high-quality development countermeasures of ice and snow sports industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the post-Olympic period.Background:From the macro,medium and micro perspective,the Double Cycle development pattern,post-Olympic period and the historical opportunity of 2022 Winter Olympic Games provide the power,potential and blueprint for the ice and snow sports industry.Dilemma:From the government related behaviors,there are some loopholes and deficiency in the products and services supply,related supporting industries,production factor resources and public service security.Development paths:We should strengthen top-level planning and design,coordinate the multi-layer;adhere to the double cycle new pattern leads and non-balanced strategic layout;integrated the multi-chain and optimized allocation of market elements;adopt the innovation and green driving,cultural and events helping development;improve the public service system and guarantee standards norms.
