摘  要:目的:探究运动改善脊柱侧弯患者脊柱曲度的生物力学机制,提出相应的计算建模方法。方法:通过文献综述,对脊柱侧弯的定义、分类、运动诱导改善的方法和效果,以及生物力学在脊柱侧弯研究中的应用进行深入了解。详细分析脊柱侧弯的生物力学机制,包括脊柱的基本结构和功能,以及脊柱侧弯发生的原因和机制。从生物力学角度讨论运动对改善脊柱侧弯的影响。明确建立改善脊柱侧弯模型的方法和步骤,选择和验证模型参数。通过实证研究验证相关理论。在对数据进行详细统计分析的基础上发现:运动可以有效改善脊柱侧弯患者的脊柱曲度。研究结论:运动可以改善脊柱侧弯患者的脊柱曲度,计算建模方法可以有效地模拟这一过程。建议:进一步深入研究运动改善脊柱侧弯的生物力学机制,以便更好地为脊柱侧弯患者的治疗和康复提供有益建议。The purpose of this study is to explore the biomechanical mechanism of exercise-induced improvement of spinal curvature in scoliosis patients,and to propose computational modeling methods.Through a literature review,it summarized the definition,classification,methods and effect of exercise-induced improvement and the application of biomechanics in scoliosis research.In the biomechanical mechanism section of scoliosis,we introduce the basic knowledge of spine structure and function,and the causes and mechanisms of scoliosis occurrence.Next,it focused on the biomechanical effects of exercise on scoliosis improvement.In the Computational Modeling Methods section,we introduce the application of computational modeling in biomechanical research and detail the methods and steps for establishing scoliosis improvement models,as well as the selection and validation of model parameters.To validate our study,we conducted empirical studies,including study design and methodology,data collection and processing,analysis and discussion of empirical findings,and the practical application and significance of the results.Finally,we collated and statistically analyzed the data and tables,and designed the relevant tables to present the results.Through this study,we derive the main research findings and explore the direction of future research.We also discuss study limitations and directions for improvement with a view to providing useful advice for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with scoliosis..
