摘　　要：采用文本分析法、访谈法等方法,分析湖北省省级体育彩票公益金管理现状以及存在问题。研究发现,湖北省体育彩票公益金发展至今,为社会公益事业做出了巨大的贡献,但在实践中存在着体育彩票公益金管理使用情况信息透明度不高、分配制度不完善、绩效评价机制不完善以及“公益性”宣传不足等问题。据此提出,体育彩票公益金亟待提高信息透明度、完善分配制度、增强使用绩效管理、加强宣传力度等,以提升体育彩票公益金管理使用水平,高效推动湖北省体育事业的可持续发展。Text analysis method,interview method and other methods are used to analyze the status quo of the management of provincial sports lottery public welfare funds in Hubei province as well as the existing problems.It is found that the development of Hubei provincial sports lottery public welfare funds has made great contributions to social welfare,but in practice,there are problems such as lack of transparency of information on management and use of provincial sports lottery public welfare funds,imperfection of the distribution system,imperfection of the performance evaluation mechanism,and insufficient publicity on public welfare.Accordingly,it is proposed that it is urgent to improve information transparency,improve the distribution system,enhance performance management,and strengthen the use of public welfare fund.Accordingly,there is an urgent need to improve the transparency of the information on sports lottery public welfare funds,improve the distribution system,enhance the use of performance management,and strengthen publicity in order to improve the level of management and use of the sports lottery public welfare funds,and to efficiently promote the sustainable development of the sports industry in Hubei province.
