经济发达地区乡村生产空间系统脆弱性时空分异与调控策略——以福建省泉州市为例

摘　　要：乡村生产空间系统作为人地耦合系统的多种存在形式之一,具有脆弱性。脆弱性是研究系统可持续发展的重要工具。选择泉州市为研究对象,以2010—2020年为研究时段,采用VSD评估框架构建泉州市乡村生产空间系统脆弱性指标评价体系,分析其时空分异特征,对脆弱性类型进行划分,找出主要致脆因子,进而提出调控策略。结果表明:1)泉州市乡村生产空间系统的暴露度呈“东南和西部高,北部和中部低”的空间分布特征及波动上升趋势。敏感性呈“东南高,西北低”的空间分布特征及小幅上升趋势。适应能力呈“中部高,东西低”的空间分布特征及不断上升趋势。脆弱性呈“东南和西部高,北部和中部低”的空间分布特征及不断下降趋势。2)脆弱性类型可划分为适应性脆弱型、暴露-敏感脆弱型、暴露-适应脆弱型、强综合脆弱型和弱综合脆弱型,并针对不同类型脆弱区找出其主要致脆因子。3)按照“绿色发展-重点突出-分区调控”的原则,提出降脆策略,为实施乡村振兴战略提供新思路。As one of the multiple forms of human-ground coupling system,rural production space system has vulnerability,and vulnerability is an effective measure of the degree of damage to the system.Taking Quanzhou City as the research object and 2010—2020 as the research period,the VSD evaluation framework is used to construct the vulnerability index evaluation system of the rural production space system in Quanzhou City,visualize the spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics,divide the vulnerability types,and then accurately find out the main brittleness factors,and propose the regulation strategies.The results show that:1)the exposure of the rural production spatial system in Quanzhou City shows a spatial distribution characteristic of“high in the southeast and west,low in the north and central”and an upward trend of fluctuations.The sensitivity exhibits a spatial distribution characteristic of“high in the southeast and low in the northwest”and a slight upward trend;the adaptability shows a spatial distribution characteristic of“high in the middle and low in the east and west”and a continuous upward trend;the vulnerability shows a spatial distribution characteristic of“high in the southeast and west,low in the north and central”and a continuous decreasing trend.2)The vulnerability types of the rural production space system in Quanzhou can be divided into adaptability vulnerability,exposure-sensitive vulnerability,exposure-adaptive vulnerability,strong comprehensive vulnerability and weak comprehensive vulnerability,and the main vulnerability factors of different types of vulnerable areas can be accurately identified.3)In accordance with the principle of“green development,highlighting key points,zoning regulation”,the strategies for reducing brittleness are proposed,in order to provide new ideas for implementing the rural revitalization strategies.
