基 金:婺城南山省级自然保护区晋升国家级综合科考和总体规划编制项目(TY2022-FW328-ZFCG328)。
摘 要:2023年5月15日,在浙江省金华市婺城南山自然保护区一处农田(28°47’13’’N,119°25’56’’E)采集到1只巢鼠属(Micromys)标本。该标本为成体,体质量6.43 g;耳覆盖暗红色短毛,体背灰暗色,腹部色稍淡;尾长(66.27 mm)明显大于头体长(51.83 mm),比值约为1.3;尾细,上下近乎同色,特征与红耳巢鼠(Micromys erythrotis)相符合。基于细胞色素b基因(Cyt b)序列(972 bp)构建最大似然树,显示该标本与从Gen Bank下载的红耳巢鼠同源序列构成单系群(支持率为100%)。基于以上结果,确定该标本为红耳巢鼠,是浙江省新纪录种。On May 15,2023,a specimen of Micromys was collected from the farmland(28°47'13''N,119°25'56''E) of Wucheng Nanshan Nature Reserve in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province,China.This specimen is adult and weighs 6.43 g,The ears are covered with short dark brown hairs.The back of the body is gray and dark,and the abdomen is slightly lighter in color.The tail length(66.27 mm) is significantly longer than the head-body length(51.83 mm),with a ratio of approximately 1.3.The tail is thin and almost the same color as the top and bottom.These characteristics are consistent with the description of Micromys erythrotis.The maximum likelihood tree constructed based on the cytochrome b gene(Cyt b) sequence(972 bp) showed that the sample formed a monophyletic clade(100% support rate) with the homologous sequences of M.erythrotis downloaded from GenBank.Based on the above results,the specimen was identified as M.erythrotis,which is the new record species in Zhejiang Province.
