摘　　要：2022年7—9月,在江苏省宁镇山脉的南京汤山(32°3’59’’N,119°1’2’’E;海拔179 m)和句容市宝华山(32°7’40’’N,119°5’33’’E;海拔288 m)共采集到蛇类标本5号。通过形态学比对和分子系统学分析,确认标本均为水游蛇科(Natricidae)东亚腹链蛇属(Hebius)东亚腹链蛇[H.vibakari(Boie,1826)],为江苏省蛇类分布新纪录,也是本种在长江以南地区的首次发现。Five snake specimens were collected at Nanjing Tangshan(32°3'59''N,119°1'2''E;Alt.179 m)and Jurong Baohua Mountain(32°7'40''N,119°5'33''E;Alt.288 m) in Ningzhen Mountain Range of Jiangsu Province from July to September 2022.The specimens were identified as Hebius vibakari(Boie,1826)(Natricidae,Hebius) based on morphological comparison and molecular phylogenetic analysis.H.vibakari is a new record of snake distribution in Jiangsu Province and also the first discovery of this species in the south region of Yangtze River.
