摘 要:随着城市地铁建设的迅速发展,地铁线路密度持续增加,区间隧道在建设过程中时常会遇到既有建(构)筑物所属的桩基,且有时建(构)筑物不完全具备清障(桩基)条件,需要盾构直接穿越,施工难度和风险大幅增加。文章以南京地铁5号线盾构穿越通济门市政公路隧道及其φ1000mm桩基为工程背景,在不影响既有隧道运营条件下,针对盾构穿越隧道、桩基等工况,在前期进行盾构机选型、刀具配置、有限元计算模拟等研究,在实际施工中优化主要施工参数,采取渣土改良和自动化监测等施工措施,有效解决盾构穿越不具备拔桩条件建筑物的难题。该研究可为后续地铁建设解决类似问题提供重要参考。As urban metro construction swiftly develops,the proliferation of metro lines leads to their increasing density.In the process of constructing interval tunnels,piles belonging to existing structures are often encountered.In some cases,these structures lack optimal clearing(piling)conditions,necessitating the shield to pass through them directly.This circumstance intensifi es construction challenges and poses increased risks.This article is centered on the engineering context of Nanjing metro line 5,where shield tunneling passes through the Tongjimen municipal highway tunnel and its 1000 mm diameter pile foundation.Focusing on the application of shields passing through tunnel and pile foundations without impacting the operations of existing tunnels,the early stages involve research on shield machine selection,tool configuration,finite element calculation simulation,and other aspects of research.During the actual construction process,the main construction parameters are optimized,and construction measures such as slag improvement and automated monitoring are taken,which could effectively solve the problem of shield tunneling through structures without the possibility of pile extraction.The findings of this article offer crucial insights for resolving similar issues in future metro construction projects.
