摘　　要：当今社会由于工业化、城市化、老龄化、疾病谱变化、自然生态环境和人们生活方式的变化等,给维护与推进心理健康教育带来诸多问题,政府、社会、家庭、个人“四位一体”的工作闭环亟待形成。本研究探索建立一支具备信念坚定、心态积极、价值明晰、视野开阔、行为规范、技能扎实的心理健康教育队伍,为提升心理健康教育工作者的素养提供理论依据。Due to industrialization,urbanization,aging,changes in disease spectrum,natural ecological environment,and changes in people's lifestyles,there were many problems in maintaining and promoting mental health education in today's society.The"four in one"work loop of government,society,family,and individuals urgently needs to be formed.This study explores the establishment of a mental health education team with firm beliefs,positive mindset,clear values,broad vision,standardized behavior,and solid skills,providing a theoretical basis for improving the literacy of mental health educators.
