摘 要:云南某难处理金矿石具有嵌布粒度较细、包裹金含量多、有机碳活性高等特点,矿石工艺类型为贫硫化物碳酸盐型难处理金矿石。试验研究了磨矿细度、药剂种类、药剂用量等条件对该矿石选别指标的影响。结果表明:采用氰化浸出,浸渣金品位为1.45 g/t,金浸出率为21.62%;采用氰化浸出—浮选联合工艺得到的混合精矿金品位为13.79 g/t,总金回收率为76.46%,对处理同类型矿石具有指导价值。The refractory gold ore in Yunnan exhibits characteristics such as fine grain size,high content of encap-sulated gold,and high organic carbon activity.This ore belongs to the category of refractory carbonate gold ore containing poor sulfides.The research conducted experiments to study the effects of different grinding fineness,types of reagents,and dosages on the beneficiation indicators of this ore.The results showed that with the cyanide leaching-flotation com bined process,the gold grade of the cyanide leaching tailings was 1.45 g/t,with a gold recovery rate of 21.62%.By using the cyanide leaching-flotation combined process,the mixed concentrate obtained had a gold grade of 13.79 g/t,with a total gold recovery rate of 76.46%.These results have guiding value for the treatment of similar types of ore.
