摘　　要：针对传统混凝土布料机与施工平台系统全时期固定集成方式存在的主要问题,提出一种与施工平台系统集成的轨道移动式混凝土布料装备体系。该体系由轨道移动基座系统、折叠式泵管系统、钢轨支承系统、布料机构系统等共4个部分组成,通过快插销轴连接技术、轨道快速铺装连接技术和双侧开合式伸缩泵管技术等实现了布料机与施工平台系统的一体化集成。通过分析施工工艺流程总结了该装备的特点及优势,并通过工程示范建造验证了装备各项功能的有效性和稳定性。In view of the main problems existing in the traditional fixed integration mode of concrete placing boom and construction platform system,a track-mobile concrete distributing equipment system integrated with the construction platform system is proposed.The system consists of four parts,namely,the rail moving base system,the foldable pump pipe system,the rail support system and the distributing mechanism system.The integration of the placing machine and the construction platform system is realized through the quick pin shaft connection technology,the rapid rail paving connection technology and the bilateral open-close telescopic pump pipe technology.The characteristics and advantages of the equipment are summarized by analyzing the construction process.The effectiveness and stability of various functions of the equipment are verified by the engineering demonstration construction.
