机场超大截面箱涵移动式模架施工技术研究

摘　　要：以某大型机场排水箱涵为案例,通过工程特点与难点分析,研究应用了超大截面箱涵移动式模架体系施工技术。详细介绍了箱涵移动式模架体系组成和功能,采用试验研究验证了该模架体系的可行性,采用有限分析了其结构受力和变形均满足相关规范要求。工程实施应用表明,该施工技术节约劳动力和工期,质量效果好,安全可靠,经济效果显著,可为今后类似超大箱涵工程施工起到一定的参考作用。Taking a large airport drainage box culvert as an example,through the analysis of engineering characteristics and difficulties,the construction technology of mobile formwork system for box culvert with super-large cross-section is studied and applied.The composition and function of the box culvert movable formwork system are introduced in detail,the feasibility of the formwork system is verified by experimental study,and the finite element analysis on the structural stress and deformation indicates that it can meet the requirements of relevant codes.The engineering application shows that the construction technology can save labor and construction period,and has good quality effect,safety and reliability,and remarkable economic effect,which can play a certain reference role for the construction of similar large box culvert projects in the future.
