摘  要:以上海中医药大学中医药国际标准化研究中心项目为依托,研究在学校内复杂环境下预制管桩静压法施工,如何避免因桩基施工对校内建筑及地下管线造成不利影响。通过采用合理的打桩顺序,控制沉桩速率、优化沉桩路线、采取防挤沟槽、应力释放孔等有效保护措施,以利于地基土体释放沉桩施工产生的有效应力和超静孔隙水压力的消散,并减少地基土体中的超静孔隙水压力、地基土体变形的影响范围和程度,保证不对工程正常施工及对周边环境产生影响。总结的经验可为类似项目提供借鉴。Based on the project of the International Standardization Research Center of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper studies the static pressure construction of precast pipe piles in the complex environment of the school,and how to avoid the adverse effects of pile foundation construction on the campus buildings and underground pipelines.By adopting reasonable piling sequence,controlling pile sinking rate,optimizing pile sinking route,and taking effective protective measures such as anti-extrusion grooves and stress release holes,the effective stress generated by pile sinking construction in the foundation soil and the dissipation of excess pore water pressure are facilitated,and the scope and degree of influence of excess pore water pressure in the foundation soil and deformation of the foundation soil are reduced.It ensures that the normal construction of the project and the surrounding environment will not be affected.The experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects.
