摘  要:出光孔作为高能同步辐射光源中主要的试验用孔洞,在科学装置中的作用至关重要,预埋精度要求较高,为应对施工安装的高精度要求,在高能同步辐射光源项目中发明了一种高精度设备安装支架。此支架的应用,能够让出光孔在安装过程中进行高精度调节,使出光孔的安装位置逐步向设计规定坐标靠拢,最终达到设计要求。高精度设备安装支架的使用,使出光孔在安装完成后能够保证试验过程中光束粒子的顺利通过及各部位设备功能的实现,最终达到试验效果。As the main experimental hole in the high-energy synchrotron radiation light source,the light hole plays an important role in the scientific device,and the embedded precision is required to be high.In order to meet the high precision requirements of construction and installation,a high-precision equipment mounting bracket is invented in the high-energy synchrotron radiation light source project.The application of the bracket enables the light outlet to be adjusted with high precision in the installation process,so that the installation position of the light outlet is gradually close to the coordinate specified in the design,and finally the design requirement is met.By using the high-precision equipment mounting bracket,the light outlet hole can ensure the smooth passage of the beam particles and the realization of the functions of various parts of the equipment in the test process after the installation is completed,and finally the experimental effect is achieved.
