摘 要:水稻是主要粮食作物之一,随着人口数量的不断增多,人类对粮食的产量需求也不断升高。低温条件可能会导致水稻的减产甚至绝收,种植耐冷的水稻品种是解决这个问题的有效方法。从水稻芽期、苗期和孕穗期的耐冷性鉴定、耐冷性基因数量性状基因座(quantitative trait locus,QTL)定位2个方面综述水稻耐冷研究的相关进展,为后期对寒地水稻耐冷性机制以及耐冷性品种的筛选与鉴定提供依据。Rice is one of the main food crops.Whether rice can achieve high yield has a certain impact on people’s daily diet.With the continuous increase of population,the demand for food output is also increasing.The low temperature condition of rice may lead to the decrease or even the loss of crop.Therefore,planting cold-tolerant rice varieties is an effective way to solve this problem.The research progress of cold tolerance was reviewed from two aspects:identification of cold tolerance at bud stage,seedling stage and pregnancy stage,and QTL(quantitative trait locus)mapping of cold tolerance genes in rice,which can provide a basis for the mechanism of cold tolerance of rice in cold areas and the screening and identification of cold-tolerant varieties in the future.
