摘　　要：钱会是中国古代社会常见的一种民间经济组织形式,其类型多种多样。半苏式钱会是其中比较特殊的一种,其最大特点是会额在行会中途出现灵活变化,变成原来的一半左右。半苏式钱会与平金式轮会、堆积会等类型钱会相比,具有充分的灵活性,且利益更加均平,是对其他类型钱会的一种有效补充。Qian Hui was a common form of folk financial organization in ancient China,with various types.The semi Soviet style Qian Hui is a special one.Its biggest feature is that the amount of the membership fee changes flexibly in the middle of the guild,becoming about half of the original amount.Compared with other types of financial organizations such as Pingjin style and Duiji style,the semi Soviet Qian Hui has sufficient flexibility and more evenly distributed benefits,making them an effective supplement to other types of financial organizations.
