民族社会工作视域下凉山彝族社区“家支养老”服务模式探索

摘　　要：凉山是一个“血缘家支社会”,在血缘共同体关系中,家支通过建立互助网络、共同的价值观、互助机制和长期的社交亲情关系,形成了一套行之有效的助人系统,使家支成员能够相互支持和帮助,共同面对生活中的养老困难和挑战。互助型“家支养老”合乎凉山彝族社会发展与传统观念,是凉山彝区现阶段以及将来相当长时期内妥善解决养老问题的路径。应立足于凉山实际需求,将凉山彝族本土性助人经验和方法与专业民族社会工作相结合,探索建立老人不离亲、养老不离家的互助型“家支养老”养老服务模式,构建“家支养老”服务圈,将“养老”变“享老”,加快凉山彝族老年人“善养”格局的形成,发展与凉山彝族文化相适应的现代养老服务体系。这对创新养老服务模式、发展与民族文化相适应的现代养老服务体系、推动民族社区互助养老事业的发展具有重要意义。Liangshan is a"blood related family branch society".In the blood community relationship,the family branch has formed a set of effective assistance system by establishing mutual assistance network,common values,mutual assistance mechanism and long-term social affection relationship,so that the members of family branch can support and help each other,and jointly face the difficulties and challenges in life.The mutual assistance type of"family branch support for elderly care"is in line with the development of Liangshan Yi society and traditional concepts,and is the path to properly solve the elderly care problem in Liangshan Yi Area at present stage and in the future for a long time.Based on the actual needs of Liangshan,people of the Yi ethnic group in Liangshan's native assistance experience and methods should be combined with professional ethnic social work to explore the establishment of a mutual assistance type of"family branch support for elderly care"service model,in which the elderly do not have to leave their relatives and homes for elderly care,build a"family branch support for elderly care"service circle,transform"elderly care"into"elderly enjoyment",accelerate the formation of a"good support"pattern for the elderly of Yi ethnic group in Liangshan,and develop a modern elderly care service system adapted to the Liangshan Yi culture.This is of great significance for innovating elderly care service models,developing a modern elderly care service system that is compatible with ethnic culture,and promoting the development of mutual assistance elderly care in ethnic communities.
