摘 要:鸡毒支原体病(MG)是养殖场的常发病之一,随着种鸡规模化养殖的迅速发展、饲养密度增大,导致该病的感染率、发病率呈逐年上升趋势,目前该病成为影响鸡苗产品质量的重要疾病。疫苗免疫是肉种鸡场防控MG的较为普遍而且有效的方法。规模化养殖场常采用MG活苗和灭活疫苗结合的免疫程序,本研究跟踪评估某父母代种鸡群F-36株活苗+MG油苗、6/85株活苗+MG油苗、TS-11株活苗+MG油苗、TS-11株活苗四种不同免疫方式的抗体滴度,建立无MG野毒感染鸡群的正常抗体基线。Mycoplasma gallinis(MG)is one of the common diseases in breeding farms.With the rapid development of large-scale breeding of breeding chickens and the increase of breeding density,the infection rate and incidence of MG have increased year by year.Currently,MG has become an important disease affecting the quality of chicken products.Vaccine immunization is a common and effective method to prevent and control MG in broiler breeding farms.The combination of MG live vaccine and inactivated vaccine is often used in large-scale breeding farms.This study tracked and evaluated the antibody titers of F-36 live vaccine+MG oil vaccine,6/85 live vaccine+MG oil vaccine,TS-11 live vaccine+MG oil vaccine,and TS-11 live vaccine of a parent breeder.To establish the normal antibody baseline of the chickens without MG wild virus infection,and provide reference for the monitoring of chickens with various immunization methods.
