摘　　要：糖尿病对全球健康产生重大影响,随着老龄化进程的加快,其患病率不断上升,对糖尿病健康管理护理人才的需求也越来越高。文章对国外糖尿病高级实践护士的概念及起源、培养和管理进行综述,总结对我国糖尿病高级实践护士发展的启示,以期为我国培养糖尿病高级实践护理人才提供参考。Diabetes mellitus had a significant impact on global health,and its prevalence was increasing while the demand for diabetes health management nursing talents also rose with the acceleration of aging.This paper reviewed the concept,origin,training,and management of diabetes advanced practice nurses(APNs)in foreign countries,and summarized the development of diabetes APNs in China,so as to provide reference for the training of diabetes APNs in China.
