摘　　要：目的探讨个体化肠道护理在脑瘫患儿功能性便秘中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取64例脑瘫患儿,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上实施个体化肠道护理:腹部按摩、指力刺激法、肠道功能训练及排便训练家庭指导。比较两组脑瘫患儿连续干预2个疗程后1个月、3个月的排便症状及便秘复发率。结果干预后,观察组脑瘫患儿排便症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),便秘复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于脑瘫患儿的运动功能、活动参与能力及不同类型便秘的特点,应用个体化肠道护理有利于改善脑瘫患儿排便症状,降低便秘的复发率,促进肠道功能的恢复,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of individualized intestinal nursing on functional constipation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 64 children with cerebral palsy were divided into control group and observation group by convenient sampling.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given individualized intestinal nursing on the basis of routine nursing intervention,like abdominal massage,finger stimulation,bowel function training and defecation training family guidance.The defecation symptoms and constipation recurrence rate were compared between the two groups at 1 month and 3 months after 2 courses of continuous intervention.Results After intervention,the score of defecation symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and constipation recurrences rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the characteristics of motor function,activity participation ability and different types of constipation in children with cerebral palsy,individualized intestinal nursing can improve the defecation symptoms of children with cerebral palsy and reduce the recurrence rate of constipation and promote the recovery of intestinal function,which has clinical value.
