摘　　要：高质量的延续护理可提高经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者自我管理能力、改善预后。文章以Donabedian三维质量结构为理论指导,从结构指标、过程指标、结果指标3个方面对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后延续护理质量评价指标进行综述,对各指标的优缺点进行分析,并在此基础上提出完善评价指标体系并促进临床应用的建议,旨在为医护人员今后开展临床工作及研究提供参考,从而提高经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后延续护理质量。High-quality continuous nursing can improve patients'self-management ability and prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Based on the theoretical guidance of Donabedian three-dimensional quality structure,this paper reviewed the continuous nursing quality evaluation indexes after PCI from three aspects of structure indexes,process indexes and outcome indexes,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each index,and put forward suggestions to improve the evaluation index system and promote clinical application on the basis.It aims to provide a reference for medical staff to carry out clinical work and research in the future,so as to improve the quality of continuous nursing after PCI.
