摘　　要：目的分析SHOW模式在脑卒中致肢体运动障碍患者回授法康复护理中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年1月至2023年1月某医院神经内科收治的217例脑卒中致肢体运动障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以传统回授法康复护理,观察组予以SHOW模式回授法康复护理,评估两组患者自我管理能力、患肢肌力、日常生活自理能力。结果观察组患者自我管理能力评分、患肢肌力评分及日常生活自理能力评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与传统回授法康复护理相比,SHOW模式回授法康复护理可明显提高脑卒中致肢体运动障碍患者治疗依从性、行为生活方式等自我管理能力,促进患肢肌力恢复,提升患者日常生活自理能力,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the effect of SHOW mode in rehabilitation nursing of patients with limb movement disorder after stroke.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,a total of 217 patients with limb movement disorder after stroke were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given rehabilitation nursing by traditional feedback method,the intervention group received rehabilitation nursing by SHOW mode.The self-management ability,muscle strength of affected limb and self-care ability between two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the score of self-management ability,muscle strength of affected limb and self-care ability of patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion SHOW mode feedback rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the self-management ability(treatment compliance,behavior and life style),muscle strength and self-care ability in daily life in patients with limb movement disorders after by stroke,and has signigicant value in the clinical practice.
