摘 要:目的建立夏枯草种子(SPv)及其油脂(OPv)中三萜类成分质量控制方法。方法使用薄层色谱法对SPv及OPv中熊果酸进行定性鉴别;使用分光光度法对SPv及OPv中的总三萜进行含量测定。结果SPv及OPv供试品色谱中,在与对照品熊果酸色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色斑点;以齐墩果酸为对照建立标准曲线,分光光度法得到回归方程Y=8.6528X+0.0013,R^(2)=0.9999,测得3批SPv中总三萜含量为1.67%~1.86%,测得OPv中总三萜含量为7.86%~8.77%。结论本检测方法操作简便,结果稳定,可为夏枯草种子资源的综合开发利用奠定基础,也为夏枯草药材的质量控制提供参考。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for quality control of total triterpenoids in Prunella vulgaris seeds(SPv)and the seed oil of P.vulgaris(OPv).METHODS Ursolic acid in SPv and OPv was identified by TLC.The content of total triterpenes in SPv and OPv was determined by spectrophotometry.RESULTS In the chromatograms of SPv and OPv test samples,the location and the color of the spots were the same as the reference ursolic acid.The standard curve was established with oleanolic acid as the control.The regression equation Y=8.6528X+0.0013,R^(2)=0.9999 was obtained by spectrophotometry.The total triterpene content in SPv was 1.67%-1.86%,and the total triterpene content in OPv was 7.86%-8.77%.CONCLUSION This method is simple and stable,which can contribute to the comprehensive utilization of Prunella vulgaris seeds and the quality control of Prunellae Spica.
