摘  要:目的利用信息熵阐释建昌帮四制香附炮制的科学内涵。方法通过熵值变化评估四制香附不同炮制体系全过程熵值-效应-特征组分,筛选出能代表建昌帮四制香附调经止痛效应的特征组分。结果以大鼠痛经模型、大鼠离体子宫肌张力模型、血液流变学的效应指标和HPLC指纹图为评价指标的本研究的数据分析显示,酒香附与醋香附在四种不同试验中最优目标权重为大鼠痛经模型,四制香附最优目标权重为大鼠离体子宫肌张力模型。进一步综合分析得到最优的合成条件,即原料比1∶1.6,反应时间为50 min,反应温度82℃。结论本研究筛选出能代表建昌帮四制香附调经止痛效应的特征组分,为中药炮制工艺提供数据参考,探明了传统炮制技术的科学内涵。OBJECTIVE To use information entropy to explain the scientific connotation of Jiangxi Jianchangbang Cyperi Rhizoma.METHODS The entropy-effect-characteristic components of the whole process of different processing systems were evaluated by the change of entropy value,and then the characteristic components which represented the meridian regulating and analgesic effects of Jianchangbang Cyperi Rhizoma were selected.RESULTS The rat dysmenorrhea model was used.The rat isolated uterine muscle tension model,hemorheological effect index and HPLC finger pattern as evaluation indexes.The data analysis of this study showed that the optimal target weight of wine and vinegar Cyperi Rhizoma in four different tests was the rat dysmenorrhea model,and the optimal target weight of Jiangxi Jianchangbang Cyperi Rhizoma was the rat isolated uterine muscle tension model.The optimum synthesis conditions obtained by further comprehensive analysis showed that the ratio of raw material was 1∶1.6,the reaction time was 50 min,and the reaction temperature was 82℃.CONCLUSION In this study,the characteristic components which represent the meridian regulating and analgesic effects of Jiangxi Jianchangbang Cyperi Rhizoma are selected,providing data reference for the processing process of traditional Chinese medicine,and exploring the scientific connotation of traditional processing technology.
