芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗老年OP的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗老年骨质疏松症(OP)的效果。方法选择2020年4月~2022年7月某院收治的86例老年OP患者作为研究对象,依随机数字法分成观察组与对照组,每组各43例。对照组予伊班膦酸钠治疗,观察组予芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗,持续6个月对比两组疗效、骨密度、骨代谢标志物、炎症指标及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率、腰椎骨及股骨颈骨密度均较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、β-胶原羧基端肽(β-CTX)水平均降低,骨钙素(BGP)水平均上升,且观察组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);组间不良反应比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪骨胶囊联合伊班膦酸钠治疗老年OP疗效确切,可提高骨密度,改善骨代谢,减轻炎症反应,且药物安全性较好。OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of Qigu capsule combined with ibandronate sodium in the treatment of elderly osteoporosis(OP).METHODS 86 elderly OP patients admitted to a certain hospital from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ibandronate sodium,while the observation group was treated with Qigu capsule combined with ibandronate sodium.The efficacy,bone density,bone metabolism markers,inflammation indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups for 6 months.RESULTS The total effective rate and bone density of the lumbar spine and femoral neck in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of type Ⅰ collagen amino terminal peptide(PINP)andβ-Collagen carboxy terminal peptide(β-CTX)were decreased and the level of osteocalcin(BGP)was increased,and the observation group showed more significant improvement compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),IL-6,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the ratio of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of Qigu capsule and ibandronate sodium has a definite therapeutic effect on elderly OP,which can increase bone density,improve bone metabolism,reduce inflammatory reactions,and have good drug safety.
