摘 要:针对建筑陶瓷行业耗水量大、水效不高的现状,调研了两种不同生产工艺的8家陶瓷砖企业原始生产数据并进行处理,通过水足迹方法对两种陶瓷砖产品进行水足迹核算与分析,辨析不同工艺陶瓷砖水足迹之间的区别与联系,为建筑陶瓷产品的水资源高效利用提供数据与方法支撑。结果表明,干法制粉技术生产陶瓷砖相较于湿法制粉技术具备32.35%的水足迹下降潜势,且蓝水足迹优势在各个阶段均有体现。此外,原料生产阶段是水足迹主要贡献者,合理的配料可有效降低水足迹,能源使用阶段提高天然气用量能有效降低灰水足迹。This paper addresses the issue of significant water consumption and low water efficiency in the building ceramics industry,and conducts an investigation involving eight ceramic tile enterprises employing two distinct production processes.The water footprint methodology is used for water footprint calculations and analyses on the ceramic tiles with different processes.This comprehensive assessment aims to discern disparities and correlations among water footprints associated with different ceramic tile processes,and serves as a valuable resource,offering data and methodological support for enhancing the efficient utilization of water resources in the realm of building ceramics.The results show that the utilization of dry milling process,as compared to wet milling process,demonstrates a substantial 32.35%potential reduction in water footprint.Notably,the advantage in blue water footprint is observed across all production stages.This investigation identifies the primary contribution of the raw material production stage to the overall water footprint.Optimized material selection proves effective in mitigating water footprints,while heightened natural gas usage during the energy consumption phase contributes to a notable reduction in grey water footprints.
