摘 要:混合智能是人工智能发展到2.0时代的新兴产物,是人类智能与机器智能的交叉结合,旨在融合两者优势解决复杂问题,提高整体系统的决策质量和效率。为全面分析混合智能领域的研究动态及发展趋势,准确把握未来发展热点目标,利用CiteSpace文献可视化分析软件,对来源于中国知网(CNKI)与Web of Science的相关领域文献进行可视化处理,从发文情况、关键词热点以及发展趋势3个角度进行分析。结果表明:该领域发文量受关键人物及国家政策影响在2017年前后有较大幅度提升,关注度较高但尚未形成具备较强科研产出能力的核心作者群体和较为紧密的合作关系网络。关键词热点包括以神经网络、遗传算法和群体智能为代表的算法技术研究。以优化多目标问题的群体智能和特征选择技术将成为该领域未来的主要研究方向。Hybrid intelligence is an emerging product of the development of artificial intelligence to the 2.0 era,which is the cross combination of human intelligence and machine intelligence.It aims to integrate the advantages of the two to solve complex problems and improve the decision-making quality and efficiency of the overall system.In order to comprehensively analyze the research trends and development trends in the field of hybrid intelligence,and accurately grasp the future development hotspots,CiteSpace literature visualization analysis software is used to visualize relevant field literature from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science.The analysis is conducted from three perspectives:publication status,keyword hotspots,and development trends.The results indicate that:The number of publications in this field has significantly increased around 2017 due to the influence of key figures and national policies,with a high level of attention but no core author group with strong scientific research output capabilities and a relatively close cooperative network.Keyword hotspots include research on algorithm technologies represented by neural networks,genetic algorithms,and swarm intelligence.The swarm intelligence and feature selection techniques for optimizing multi-objective problems will become the main research directions in this field in the future.
