医学生父母冲突感知和手机成瘾:社交回避及苦恼的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医学生父母冲突感知与手机成瘾的关系及社交回避及苦恼的中介作用。方法:采用感知父母冲突量表、大学生智能手机成瘾量表和社交回避及苦恼量表对334名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:①父母冲突感知对医学生手机成瘾的总效应显著,且能够直接正向预测手机成瘾(r=0.461,P<0.001);父母冲突感知能够正向预测社交回避及苦恼(r=0.254,P<0.001),社交回避及苦恼能够正向预测医学生手机成瘾(r=0.115,P<0.05)。②社交回避及苦恼在父母冲突感知与医学生手机成瘾之间起部分中介作用。结论:父母冲突感知与医学生手机成瘾具有密切关联,社交回避及苦恼在该联系中起到一定作用。个体父母冲突感知水平越高,情绪敏感性越高,人际关系安全感和情绪调节能力则越低,导致个体产生社交回避及苦恼的可能性越大。个体社交回避及苦恼水平越高,则越容易沉浸在网络社交中,增加手机成瘾的倾向。Objective:To investigate the relationship between perceived parental conflict and cell phone addiction among medical students and the mediating role of social avoidance and distress.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 334 medical students using the Perceived Parental Conflict Scale,the College Student Smartphone Addiction Scale,and the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale.Results:①The total effect of perceived parental conflict on medical students'cell phone addiction was significant and could directly and positively predict cell phone addiction(r=0.461,P<0.001);Perceived parental conflict could positively predict social avoidance and distress(r=0.254,P<0.001),and social avoidance and distress could positively predict medical students'cell phone addiction(r=0.115,P<0.05).②Social avoidance and distress partially mediated the relationship between parental conflict perception and medical students'cell phone addiction.Conclusion:Parental conflict perception is strongly associated with medical students'cell phone addiction,and social avoidance and distress play a role in this association.The higher the level of parental conflict perception,the higher the emotional sensitivity,and the lower the interpersonal security and emotional regulation ability,the higher the likelihood of social avoidance and distress.The higher the level of social avoidance and distress,the more likely the individual is to be immersed in online social interaction,increasing the tendency to become addicted to cell phones.
