数字农家书屋公共文化服务的“可及性”检视及其完善路径

摘　　要：数字农家书屋作为公共文化服务的重要载体,是提升公共文化服务数字化水平的有力抓手,在数字技术赋能下,数字农家书屋呈现出馆藏数字化、服务数字化以及用户数字化的“倒金字塔式”图景。文章立足数字农家书屋的数字化图景,构建公共文化服务的“可及性”评价体系对其进行检视,针对其凸显的供需失配和数字鸿沟两大问题,建议通过拓宽数字农家书屋建设的资金来源、建立群众需求反馈互动机制、提升数字农家书屋服务的包容性等途径来均衡供需、纾解数字鸿沟。Digital rural library is a powerful starting point to enhance the digital level of public cultural service.Based on digital picture of digital rural library,the article constructs“accessibility”evaluation system of public cultural service,and finds that there are two major problems,one is mismatch between supply and demand,the other is digital divide.In view of this,the article suggests broadening funding sources of digital rural library construction,establishing feedback and interaction mechanism of the masses,and improving inclusiveness of digital rural library service,so as to balance supply and demand and ease digital divide.
