高校图书馆科研数据管理服务能力评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：本文通过对相关文献和主流模型的梳理,从形式、内容、效用三个维度构建高校图书馆科研数据管理服务能力评价指标体系,并通过一系列科学验证,最终得到由机构支撑力、管理服务力、社会效应力3个一级指标,经费资源支撑、数据资源管理、用户素养教育、学术影响力等11个二级指标,成本效益分析、数据使用规范、用户素养教育内容、科研成果产出等35个三级指标构成的指标体系。构建高校图书馆科研数据管理服务能力评价指标体系,在为国内实践研究提供评价工具的同时,也可以促进高校图书馆科研数据管理服务规范化发展。The article,through a review of relevant literature and mainstream models,constructs an evaluation index system for the research data management service capability of university libraries from three dimensions:form,content,and utility.Through a series of scientific validations,the final system consists of three primary indicators:institutional support,management service,social impact,and 11 secondary indicators,including funding resource support,data resource management,user literacy education,academic influence,etc.The system further comprises 35 tertiary indicators,such as cost-benefit analysis,data usage norms,user literacy education content,as well as research output.The construction of evaluation index system for research data management service capability in university libraries not only provides an assessment tool for domestic practical research but also promotes the standardized development of research data management services in university libraries.
