摘  要:为了抑制耦合线圈偏移导致系统输出电流的波动,设计基于参数优化的LCC-S并联混合型抗偏移恒流无线充电系统。首先建立LCC-S混合补偿拓扑的电路模型,总结分析系统输出电流与耦合线圈间互感和负载的关系。利用DDQ(double-D quadrature)线圈结构解耦特性,消除混合型电路的交叉互感。其次提出混合电路参数优化设计方法,实现系统最大偏移范围内稳定输出。实验结果表明,在耦合线圈的0%~50%的偏移范围内,接收端可实现变负载条件下10 A恒流输出,且电流变化率均不超过5%。In order to suppress the fluctuation of system output current caused by coupling coil offset,a parallel hybrid LCC-S topology based on parameter optimization with misalignment tolerance and constant-current output wireless charging system is designed.Firstly,the circuit model for the LCC-S hybrid compensation topology is established,with the relationship between the output current of the system and the mutual inductance and load of the coupling coil summarized and analyzed.The coupling characteristic of DDQ(double-D quadrature)coil structure is used to eliminate cross inductance of hybrid circuit.Secondly,a hybrid circuit parameter optimization design method is proposed to achieve anti-offset constant current output of the system.The experimental results show that the output current of the secondary side can maintain 10 A in the variable load condition,and that the output current fluctuation is less than±5%,when the offset range of the coupling coil is between 0%and 50%.
