摘　　要：某大型炼铸锻钢联合厂房生产工艺流程包括废钢、熔炼、铸造、热处理、清铲、机加工等工段。在有限的总平面布置条件下,要使联合车间各大生产系统及工段既自成一体又相互衔接成一有机整体以便于完成生产目标,给结构布置和设计带来了巨大的挑战。基于此,论文从排架柱选型、柱间支撑的设计、吊车梁系统的设计、屋盖系统的设计几方面重点介绍了厂房结构构件选型的设计分析。The production process of a large combined workshop for smelting,casting and forging steel includes scrap,smelting,casting,heat treatment,shoveling,machining and other sections.Under the condition of limited general layout,it brings great challenges to the structural layout and design tomake themajor production systems and sections of the joint workshop become an organicwhole both by themselves and by linking them together to facilitate the completion of production objectives.Based on this,the papermainly introduces the design and analysis of the type selection of plant structure members from the aspects of column selection,column support design,crane beam system design,roof system design.
