摘　　要：机械式立体停车库是近年来新兴的停车方式,可有效缓解国内各大城市停车难、停车乱的问题。论文通过梳理、分析对比现有不同机械停车类型的停车方式、优缺点、适用范围及空间设计原则,研究不同用地类型下的机械停车设备的选型。Mechanical three-dimensional parking garages are an emerging parking method in recent years,which can effectively alleviate the problems of parking difficulties and disorderly parking in major cities in China.This article will study the selection of mechanical parking equipment under different land use types by sorting,analyzing and comparing the parking methods,advantages and disadvantages,applicability,and spatial design principles of different types of mechanical parking.
