摘 要:桥梁节段预制拼装不仅能够节省20%以上的建设成本,而且能够避免支架模板现浇施工所消耗的时间成本,尤其适用于大跨度复杂地形的桥梁工程建设。考虑到桥梁匹配预制阶段水化热导致的节段变形对其耐久性具有重要影响,基于此,论文依托合肥市某三跨预应力刚构桥工程开展ANSYS有限元的箱梁预制匹配水化热变形影响分析,研究结果表明,匹配段与新浇筑段水化热温度梯度造成的纵向变形达到0.5~2.5mm;箱梁匹配预制宽长比增大会导致纵向变形不断增大,设计选用宽长比4~5之间的预制节段以优化结构使用耐久性。The prefabrication and assembly of bridge segments can not only save more than 20%of the construction cost,but also avoid the time cost consumed by the cast-in-situ construction of support formwork.It is particularly suitable for the construction of bridges with large spans and complex terrain.Considering that the deformation of segments caused by hydration heat during thematching and prefabrication stage of bridges has an important impact on their durability,this paper conducts an ANSYS finite element analysis of the influence of hydration heat deformation on box girder prefabrication based on a three-span prestressed rigid frame bridge project in Hefei.The research results show that the longitudinal deformation caused by the hydration heat temperature gradient of the matching and newly poured segments reaches 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm;An increase in the width to length ratio of box girder matching precast segments will result in increasing longitudinal deformation.Prefabricated segments with awidth to length ratio of 4 to 5 are designed to optimize the durability of the structure.
