摘　　要：以某厂液压支架制造车间为例,介绍液压支架结构,阐述厂房工艺设计原则,介绍液压支架的加工工艺流程,对液压支架结构件生产的厂房的总体布局进行分析,从下料、焊接、涂装、装配4个环节总结液压支架制造车间相关的先进工艺和设备。This paper takes the hydraulic support manufacturing workshop of a factory as an example,introduces the hydraulic support structure,expounds the process design principles of the workshop,introduces the processing process of the hydraulic support,analyzes the overall layout of the workshop for the production of hydraulic support structural parts,and summarizes the advanced technology and equipment related to the hydraulic support manufacturing workshop from four links:blanking,welding,painting and assembly.
