摘　　要：通过分析设备物资采购、租赁、维护以及事故导致的损耗成本,评估了现行设备物资管理方法的有效性及其局限性,并提出了改进措施及优化策略,包括成本分析与预测、采购策略的调整、仓储与物流的优化、设备保养与维护管理的强化。此外,深入探讨了风险管理在损耗控制中的应用,并提出了相应的风险评估和应对措施。By analyzing the costs of equipment and material purchase,leasing,maintenance,and losses due to accidents,the effectiveness and limitations of current management methods are evaluated,and improvements are proposed.Optimization strategies include cost analysis and forecasting,adjustment of procurement strategies,enhancement of storage and logistics,and strengthening of equipment maintenance and management.In addition,it also delves into the application of risk management in loss control and proposes corresponding risk assessment and response measures.
