摘　　要：在高速公路早期的语音业务模式下,拨打业务电话需采用人工检索文档,收费站的每个票亭座机对应监控分中心一台立即热线,这使得指令上传下达的时间较长、部门间的联动协调较弱。为了满足高速公路在抢险、抗灾、救援、保畅方面开展的综合应急指挥调度所需,福建省高速公路集团有限公司三明管理分公司对现有模拟信道和在用软交换设备进行兼容性升级,还在省内首创了“车道热线快速拨码”“应急联动一键拨号”的实用型模式,率先实现福建省高速公路集团公司提出的“一工位多系统、一岗多能”,目前已取得显著成效。In the early voice service mode of expressway,manual document retrieval is needed to make business calls,and each ticket booth in toll station corresponds to an immediate hotline in monitoring sub-center,which makes the instruction upload and release time longer and the linkage coordination between departments is weak.In order to meet the needs of the comprehensive emergency command and dispatch of the expressway in the aspects of emergency rescue,disaster relief,rescue and maintenance,Sanming Management Branch of Fujian Expressway Group Co.,Ltd.,upgraded the compatibility of the existing analog channel and the existing software switching equipment.Also in the province pioneered the"lane hotline speed dial code","emergency linkage key dial"practical model,the first to achieve the Fujian Expressway Group Corporation proposed"one workstation,multiple system,one post,multiple capabilities"has achieved remarkable results.
