摘　　要：企业集团档案数字化与信息检索系统,旨在将企业集团的档案资料进行数字化处理,并设计高效准确的信息检索功能。通过数字化处理,档案资料可以更好地被保护、管理和利用。系统的设计考虑到了多种因素,包括数据存储、索引构建、检索算法等。优化方面,系统不断改进检索算法和引入更准确的检索模型,以降低误检率并提升检索准确性。该系统设计和优化方案可以提高企业集团档案的利用效率,提供更好的信息检索服务,满足用户需求。The digitalization and information retrieval system for enterprise group archives aims to digitize the archives of enterprise groups and design efficient and accurate information retrieval functions.Through digital processing,archival materials can be better protected,managed,and utilized.The design of the system takes into account various factors,including data storage,index construction,retrieval algorithms,etc.In terms of optimization,the system continuously improves retrieval algorithms and introduces more accurate retrieval models to reduce false positives and improve retrieval accuracy.This system design and optimization plan can improve the utilization efficiency of enterprise group archives,provide better information retrieval services,and meet user needs.
