摘  要:老井侧钻是渤海油田稳产增产的重要手段之一,而老井井况影响着侧钻方案的优选和实施。渤海油田X井由于经过2次大修,在明确Φ244.5mm技术套管存在破损的同时,认为表层套管也存在破损的可能。因此,为保障后续侧钻措施的有效实施,开展了Φ244.5mm技术套管浅侧钻技术方案研究,方案首先通过对Φ339.7mm套管进行试压和测套损作业,确定表层套管是否破损,而后根据试压及套损测井结果形成Φ244.5mm破损井浅侧钻决策方案。该方案有效降低了海上油井的作业风险,达到了降本增效目的,也为渤海油田其他类型油井的浅侧钻提供一定参考。Side tracking of old wells is one of the important means to stabilize production and increase production in Bohai Oilfield,and the condition of old wells affects the optimization and implementation of side tracking schemes.Due to two major repairs,it has been clarified that the X well in Bohai Oilfield.At the same time as there is damage to the@244.5mm technical casing,it is believed that there is also a possibility of damage to the surface casing.Therefore,to ensure the effective implementation of subsequent lateral drilling measures,we have carried out research on shallow lateral drilling technology scheme for Ф244.5mm technical casing,the scheme first involves conduct pressure testing and casing damage measurement on a Ф339.7mm casing to determine if the surface casing is damaged,and then form a log based on the results of pressure testing and casing damage logging decision plan for shallow lateral drilling of Ф244.5mm damaged well.This plan effectively reduces the operational risks of offshore oil wells,achieves the goal of cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and also provides a certain reference for shallow side drilling of other types of oil wells in Bohai Oilfield.
