摘 要:根据现阶段餐厨垃圾的理化性质及各地相关收运处理的方式现状,目前大规模餐厨垃圾的处理方式主要仍为“预处理+破碎制浆分选+厌氧消化+产物资源化利用”的技术处理路线。其中,破碎制浆分选工艺对餐厨垃圾进行有机质细致化处理,该工艺对浆料处理程度直接影响后续厌氧消化工艺的效率。文章以佛山南海区瀚蓝餐厨处理项目为例,分析不同破碎制浆对浆料的影响,对比不同工艺的处理效果,为我国同类建设及运营项目提供相关参考。According to the physical and chemical properties of restaurant waste and the current situation of relevant collection,transportation and treatment,at present,the main treatment mode of large-scale restaurant-kitchen waste is still the technical treatment route of"pretreatment+crushing and pulping sorting+anaerobic digestion+product resource utilization".Among,crushing and pulping sorting process for the food kitchen waste organic matter meticulous treatment,the process directly affects the efficiency of the subsequent anaerobic digestion process.This article takes the foshan nanhai district hanblue kitchen processing project as an example,analyzing the influence of different crushing and grouting on the slurry,comparing the treatment effects of the different processes,to provide relevant reference for similar construction and operation projects in China.
