摘　　要：目前的城市信息化建设过程中,普遍存在盲目建设、各自为阵、信息孤岛等现象,导致城市各个信息系统中的底层数据体量庞大、格式繁多、缺乏统筹,因而无法有效地实现数据层面的互联互通,从而阻碍了城市数据和业务的进一步深度融合。突破城市数据共享交换是解决智慧城市数据建设面临问题的杀手锏。本文提出了一个数据资源共享的方式和环境,按照统一标准和规范,建立数据资源整合机制,规范数据采集口径、采集方式,并规范数据的服务方式,建立统一的数据资源整合与交换机制,形成基于城市核心数据的数据资源共享交换模型,以点带面,逐步突破,循序渐进地推进城市数据体系建设。In the current process of urban informatization construction,there are many phenomena,such as blind construction,separate formation,information islands,etc.,which lead to the huge volume,various formats and lack of overall planning of the underlying data in various urban information systems,and thus can not effectively realize the interconnection of data level,thus hindering the further in-depth integration of urban data and business.Breaking through the sharing and exchange of urban data is the killer to solve the problems faced by smart city data construction.This paper proposes a way and environment for data resource sharing,establishes a data resource integration mechanism,standardizes data collection caliber and methods,standardizes data service methods,establishes a unified data resource integration and exchange mechanism,and forms a data resource sharing and exchange model based on urban core data,and advances the construction of urban data system step by step by breaking through from point to area.
