摘　　要：甾醇O-酰基转移酶1(SOAT1)是一种位于内质网内的酯化酶,催化细胞内游离胆固醇转化为脂滴。SOAT1被发现在多种恶性肿瘤内高表达,并与恶性肿瘤增殖、侵袭迁移紧密相关。这表明SOAT1有潜力成为恶性肿瘤早期诊断的生物标志物和治疗新靶点。本文就SOAT1的结构、功能及其在恶性肿瘤中作用的相关研究进展进行综述。Sterol O-acyltransferase 1(SOAT1)is an esterifying enzyme located in the endoplasmic reticulum that catalyzes the conversion of intracellular free cholesterol into lipid droplets.SOAT1 has been found to be highly expressed in a variety of malignant tumors,and is closely related to the proliferation,invasion and migration of malignant tumors.This indicates that SOAT1 has the potential to be a biomarker for the early diagnosis of malignant tumors and a new therapeutic target.This reviews the structure and function of SOAT1 and its role in malignant tumors.
