摘　　要：妊娠合并急性阑尾炎(acute appendicitis,AA)是妊娠期间最常见的外科合并症,临床上AA诊断准确率为67%~75%且缺乏特异的诊查手段。因此,给予AA患者有效的治疗与护理,对患者的预后具有重要意义。本文将对国内外妊娠合并阑尾炎的相关文献行综述,以期为AA患者临床护理提供参考依据。Acute appendicitis(AA)is the most common surgical complication during pregnancy.The diagnostic accuracy of AA is 67%~75%,and there is no specific diagnostic method.Therefore,giving AA patients effective treatment and nursing is of great significance for the prognosis of patients.This article will review the relevant literature on pregnancy complicated with appendicitis at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for clinical nursing of AA patients.
