摘 要:为解决因卵石地层的渗透性大且稳定性较弱,在成槽施工时容易出现的泥浆渗漏流失、泥皮形成困难、槽壁失稳坍塌等问题,从地质条件、施工工艺与泥浆性能3个方面对槽壁稳定性的影响因素进行了分析。在实际工程项目中,针对卵石地层特点采取三抓成槽,旋挖钻辅助成槽的工艺措施,并对护壁泥浆配比进行优化,有效保证了成槽施工质量,为类似条件下的地下连续墙施工提供了参考。To solve the problems of mud leakage and loss,difficulty in mud skin formation,and instability and collapse of groove walls that are prone to occur during trenching construction due to the high permeability and weak stability of pebble formations,the factors affecting the stability of the trench wall are analyzed from three aspects:geological conditions,construction technology,and mud performance.In practical engineering projects,the process measures of three-point trenching and rotary drilling assisted trenching are adopted according to the characteristics of the cobblestone stratum,and the mud ratio of the retaining wall is optimized.It effectively ensures the construction quality of the trench,and provides a reference for the construction of diaphragm walls under similar conditions.
