摘  要:针对富水地层中进行基坑降水存在的困难,对不切断坑内外水力联系的情况下,如何使基坑水位达到设计降深且控制周边建筑物沉降,进行了探讨。从降水方案比选、降水井启动顺序、水力梯度控制、电路及备用电源设置、泥浆配比、细粒土流失控制、周边环境监测和封井等方面阐述了富水地层开放式坑内降水施工关键技术。新技术降低了坑内潜水水位,控制了建筑物的沉降,同时节约了工期和成本,为后续类似工程提供了经验。In view of the difficulties in dewatering foundation pits in water-rich strata,how to achieve the design dewatering depth and control the settlement of surrounding buildings without cutting off the hydraulic connection between the inside and outside of the pit is discussed.The key technologies for open-pit dewatering construction in water-rich strata are expounded from the aspects of dewatering scheme comparison,dewatering well starting sequence,hydraulic gradient control,circuit and backup power supply setting,mud ratio,fine-grained soil loss control,surrounding environment monitoring,and well sealing.The new technology reduces the water level in the pit,controls the settlement of buildings,saves construction time and costs,and provides experience for similar projects in the future.
