摘 要:为了探究用地红线退界空间、周边环境保护要求以及工期等对基坑支护体系方案的影响,基于上海用地红线退界相关政策,以上海某“城中村”改造项目基坑工程为背景,将基坑分为非保护区和保护区2个区域分别进行基坑支护体系设计,并进行了优化。从经济性和安全性2个方面对原、优化方案进行对比分析,表明优化方案的安全性与经济性相较原方案有更大优势。相关结论可供类似项目参考。To explore the impact of the red line boundary retreat space for land,surrounding environmental protection requirements,and construction period on the foundation pit support system design,based on the relevant policies of the red line boundary retreat for land in Shanghai,and taking the foundation pit engineering of a"urban village"renovation project in Shanghai as the background,the foundation pit is divided into two areas:non-protected area and protected area,and the foundation pit support system design is carried out and optimized.Comparative analysis of the original and optimized schemes from both economic and safety perspectives shows that the optimized scheme has greater advantages in safety and economy compared to the original scheme.Relevant conclusions can be used as a reference for similar projects.
