摘  要:连梁是高层或超高层建筑结构的关键耗能构件,针对高空大跨上下连梁悬挑支架施工风险大、成本高、周期长等难题,提出了新型墙角牛腿、劲性桁架施工方法。将桁架作为临时支撑结构,同时也与连梁一起成为结构部分,施工期上、下弦杆还分别兼作上、下连梁底模;采用了分期浇筑,先期混凝土与桁架共同承担二期混凝土荷载,解决了高空支架难题,提高了经济、安全、可行性。Coupling beams are the key energy-consuming components in high-rise or super high-rise building structures.In view of the difficulties of high-altitude,large-span,and cantilevered support construction for coupling beams,a new construction method using wall corner bracket and stiff trusses is proposed.The trusses are used as temporary supporting structures,and together with the coupling beams,they become structural components.During the construction period,the upper and lower chords also serve as the bottom formwork for the upper and lower coupling beams,respectively.The phased pouring method is adopted,in which the pre-cast concrete and trusses jointly bear the load of the second-phase concrete.It solves the problem of high-altitude support and improves the economy,safety,and feasibility.
