摘  要:依托中国航海博物馆主馆中央帆体金属屋面改造案例,考虑到改造方案铝板间设置分缝和铝板支撑系统受悬挑结构长期振动变形影响情况等技术条件,传统基于规范的设计方法难以满足此柔性结构幕墙的改造设计。为此,开展了分缝对铝板幕墙风荷载影响的虚拟风洞模拟及风荷载取值分析、基于实体三维扫描模型的设计校准和优化、幕墙连接节点构造设计等研究。项目验收测试结果表明,改造提升设计幕墙表皮曲面线形流畅,开缝环抱式金属面板系统通过二次调节保证了构件准确定位,风压测试条件下面板固定牢靠,三层软硬防水构造措施确保了金属屋面防水有效性。Based on the case study of the metal roof renovation of the central sail body in the main hall of China Maritime Museum,and considering the technical conditions of the renovation plan,such as the setting of joints between aluminum panels and the influence of long-term vibration deformation of the cantilever structure on the aluminum panel support system,the traditional standard based design methods are difficult to meet the renovation design of this flexible structural curtain wall.Therefore,the research is conducted on the virtual wind tunnel simulation and wind load value analysis of the impact of slits on aluminum panel curtain walls,design calibration and optimization based on solid 3D scanning models,and curtain wall connection node construction design.The project acceptance test results show that the modified and improved design of the curtain wall skin has a smooth curve shape,the slotted and enclosed metal panel system ensures accurate positioning of the components through secondary adjustment,the panel is firmly fixed under wind pressure testing conditions,and the three-layer soft and hard waterproof construction measures ensure the effectiveness of metal roof waterproofing.
