摘　　要：对建筑外立面施工技术及建筑材料进行概览综述,并以上海市第十人民医院2号楼外立面装饰装修工程为例,以医院工程管理者的视角,从医疗建筑外立面的建筑材料、施工技术的遴选、外立面施工对医院运营的影响及对策、外立面施工质量及安全管理要点等方面,详细阐述了高层医疗建筑外立面改造工程的实施经验和不足之处,为同类医院工程项目实施提供可借鉴经验。An overview of the construction technology and materials for the exterior facade of buildings is provided.Taking the decoration and decoration project of Building 2 of Shanghai 10th People's Hospital as an example,from the perspective of hospital engineering managers,the implementation experience and shortcomings of high-rise medical building facade renovation projects are elaborated in detail,including the selection of building materials and construction techniques for the facade of medical buildings,the impact and countermeasures of facade construction on hospital operations,the quality and safety management points of facade construction,so as to provide valuable experience for the implementation of similar hospital engineering projects.
