摘  要:以深圳星河雅宝双子塔西塔工程为背景,介绍了新型承重梁的内爬塔吊在星河雅宝双子塔西塔中应用的关键技术。针对内爬塔吊爬升占用工期长、下部作业人员物体打击风险大、薄壁核心筒超前施工对塔吊附着不利、塔吊拆除环境复杂等难点进行了研究,通过一系列技术的综合运用,有效减少了工期并降低了施工安全风险。总结的经验可供类似工程借鉴。Based on the construction of the west tower of the Shenzhen Xinghe Yabao Twin Towers,the key technologies of the application of the new-type loa d-bearing internal climbing tower crane in the west tower of the Galaxy Yabao Twin Towers are introduced.Research are conducted on the difficulties of long construction period,high risk of object strike to the lower operators,adverse effects of advanced construction of thin-walled core tube on the attachment of tower crane,and complex environment for dismantling tower crane.Through the comprehensive application of a series of technologies,the construction period is effectively reduced and the construction safety risks are lowered.The experience summarized can be used as reference for similar projects.
