摘　　要：超高层建筑的电梯工程管理直接关系到整体建造进度、成本与安全。依托在建的浙江第一高楼——409m的宁波中心大厦项目,介绍了其在策划、招投标及现场施工阶段的全过程电梯管理方案,对超高结构的垂直运输规划进行了说明,重点阐述了建设方在超高结构建造阶段的电梯工程管理重点,总结的相关管理经验可为超高层建筑的专业单位管理提供借鉴。The elevator engineering management of super high-rise buildings is directly related to the overall construction progress,cost and safety.Based on the Ningbo Center Building project,the tallest building in Zhejiang Province,being under construction,the elevator management plan for the whole process of planning,bidding and on-site construction stages is introduced.The vertical transportation planning of super high-rise structures is explained and the key points of elevator engineering management for the construction party during the construction stage of super high-rise structures are highlighted.The relevant management experience summarized can provide reference for the management of professional units in super high-rise buildings.
